The team you will be part of

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.

The part you will play

We’re looking for a highly creative and motivated Content Strategist Intern to join our growing content team. In this role, you will support the team in developing engaging content ideas, writing scripts and captions, and researching trends to help keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective.

As a Content Strategist Intern, you will:

Assist in writing clear and engaging scripts and simple storyboards for short-form video content, including product showcases and campaign materials.

Support the Video Content Lead and Content Strategists in brainstorming and developing creative ideas aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.

Help craft engaging, on-brand captions for social media and eCommerce content.

Conduct basic trend research and competitor checks to identify content ideas and creative opportunities.

Work closely with video editors, creators, and strategists to ensure content messaging stays consistent and aligned with the campaign direction.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and share ideas confidently while learning how creative concepts are developed.

Assist in organizing content plans, references, and materials needed for shoots and campaign preparation.

What we are looking for – the ideal profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Arts, or any related field

Must be enrolled in a university program that requires a mandatory internship/OJT/ practicum

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong interest in social media, short-form video content, and digital trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Creative, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

Able to work collaboratively with a team and follow creative direction

Can manage tasks responsibly and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

Experience in writing, content creation, or social media (school projects are acceptable)

Familiarity with basic editing or content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, or similar

Interest in pop culture, lifestyle, fashion, or eCommerce content
