We are on the lookout for a Content Strategist to join the Brand team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 
Join the team shaping the future of brand growth and customer engagement through AI-powered content. As part of the Brand Team, you will work across our global brands to define and scale content strategies that blend human creativity with the latest AI-Gen models. Your work will help create meaningful connections with millions of customers, building loved brands leaders in AI-driven innovation.
• Optimize and scale the content lifecycle through AI, supporting brands across ideation, production, adaptation, personalization, and automation while preserving creative quality and brand personality.
• Drive AI-enabled creative excellence across platforms, implementing strategies and workflows that set best-in-class quality standards.
• Inspire innovation through emerging trends and tools, leveraging the latest AI technologies, content formats, and platform-native production approaches to create engaging brand experiences at every customer touchpoint.
• Proven background in advertising creative or production agencies, with hands-on experience in content creation, branded storytelling, influencer campaigns, or integrated communications.
• A strong creative storyteller with a visionary mindset, able to translate brand strategy into engaging, culturally relevant digital content that resonates across platforms.
• Deep experience crafting mobile-first content, with a sharp understanding of social-native formats, digital ads, vertical video, and evolving creative trends.
• Highly execution-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to push ideas from concept to production, testing, and optimization, across multiple stakeholders and markets.
• Must-have: Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools into creative workflows—pushing boundaries in speed, quality, or new content formats.
• Nice to have: Prior experience in grocery, food, or delivery, or other fast-moving consumer-focused industries.
