Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a Content Strategist who is passionate about developing strategic definitions to guide brand communication and content creation. This role requires someone who can inspire disruptive and effective ideas while adapting to various strategic needs—whether for content, communication, influencers, or paid media. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong analytical and creative skills to drive impactful results.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct benchmarks and user analysis to identify opportunities.

• Analyze reports and generate actionable insights.

• Research and evaluate emerging media, formats, and trends.

• Define creative strategies for channels across always-on content and campaigns.

• Develop strategies for moderation and crisis management.

• Craft influencer strategies and briefs for influencer agencies.

• Build strategic calendars for campaigns and always-on content, serving as briefs for creative teams and community managers.

• Provide recommendations for paid media implementation.

• Collaborate with brand strategists, creative teams, Martech data analysts, and media/influencer agencies.

• Monitor the execution of strategic plans, ensuring KPIs are met.

• Support creative teams and guide community managers in content implementation.

What you’ll need:

• Proficiency with data analysis tools.

• Knowledge of paid media formats and implementation platforms.

• Exceptional writing and presentation skills.

• Strong teamwork and project management capabilities.

• Excellent organizational and autonomous working skills.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Ability to identify trends and emerging digital behaviors.

• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Outstanding copywriting skills.
