As a Senior Content Specialist (Writer), you will develop retirement-focused marketing content in a regulated financial services environment. You will translate complex financial concepts into clear, audience-centered copy aligned with brand standards, in collaboration with strategy and production partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Write original marketing content for digital, print, and campaign materials.
• Translate financial and retirement concepts into clear, accessible language.
• Partner with content strategists to align messaging and structure.
• Collaborate with designers and web authors to ensure content performs effectively across formats.
• Ensure factual accuracy and proper use of compliance-approved language.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
• Incorporate legal and stakeholder feedback while maintaining clarity.
• Manage deadlines and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Identify messaging risks and recommend improvements.
• Mentor other content specialists and contribute to the continuous improvement of editorial practices at Wizeline.
Must-have Skills
• 5+ years of professional writing experience in marketing, preferably in regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of financial or retirement concepts.
• Experience working within compliance review workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-have
•
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.

Experience in financial services or retirement products.

Familiarity with digital publishing workflows.
