The role:
We are looking for a technically minded and creative Content Specialist to join our marketing team and help shape the voice of our CM MES. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic content that educates, informs, and engages our target audience—manufacturing professionals, plant managers, engineers, and IT stakeholders.

What you’ll do:
• Manage the content calendar and track progress of deliverables
• Organize content repositories and publish approved content across channels
• Write and adapt a variety of content formats (e.g., blog posts, emails, social media)
• Edit and optimize content for SEO and brand consistency
• Ensure visual assets follow brand guidelines and are optimized for digital use
• Maintain brand voice and tone across all content
• Support content audits and updates to guidelines as needed
• Stay informed on trends in smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0
• Support sales enablement with collateral such as pitch decks and solution briefs
What you must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in B2B content creation, ideally in manufacturing, industrial tech, enterprise software, or SaaS
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and executive audiences
• Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), marketing tools (e.g., Dynamics 365), presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Good understanding of SEO best practices and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
• Experience managing content calendars and supporting integrated marketing campaigns
• Excellent writing and speaking skills in both English and Portuguese
What we consider a plus (not mandatory):
• Experience writing for or collaborating with manufacturing professionals (e.g., plant managers, engineers)
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, MES, ERP, or industrial automation
• Understanding of MES concepts like real-time monitoring, traceability, digital work instructions, and machine integration
• Experience in video, webinar, or multimedia scriptwriting
• Familiarity with technical documentation or UX writing
