We're currently seeking a Content SEO responsible for optimizing our online presence, enhancing search visibility, and driving organic traffic to our platform.

The Role:

A Search engine optimization executive (SEO) is responsible for developing optimized web content. The SEO executive's responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team to achieve SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO, and assisting with the maintenance of the website's architecture to ensure user-friendliness. should have strong copywriting and analytical skills, knowledge of coding techniques, and a commitment to constantly improving on key skills. Ultimately, should have outstanding knowledge of SEO, passion for the industry, and time management skills.

Requirements:
• Improve the websites of the projects to increase web traffic by focusing on keyword research, limiting the repetition of content and building links.
• Familiarity with technical SEO principles, conducting technical audits, and developing clear SEO action plans with ideas and improvements.

• Provide support and collaborate with writers and editors in order to produce optimised content;
• Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities;
• Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success;
• Assist with blog content;
• Ability to train, guide, and prepare new joiners, writers, and editors, ensuring they meet content and quality standards.
• Lead keyword research and optimization of content;
• Use SEO tools for keyword research, analysis, and website audits like SEMrush, MOZ, or Ahrefs;
• Stay up to date on the latest SEO changes, trends, and technologies;
• Collaborate with project leads and editors to ensure correct implementation of content SEO tactics;
• Prepare reports for traffic, projections, experimentation, and other items;
• Research and analyse competitors in order to improve the SEO and content strategy;
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in E-Business or any related field.
• Digital Marketing and SEO certificate - is preferred.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in SEO
• Knowledge of Excel or Google sheets, Looker Studio, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, ScreamingFrog, etc.
• Experience in improving a website’s ranking with White Hat SEO techniques for on-page and off-page SEO.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of SEO guidelines and marketing best practices.
• Leading keyword research and optimization of content.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Knowledge of technical SEO.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.

Skills:

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can create Excel dashboards for reporting by the use of formula and Pivot tables.
