We are looking for a Content Sales Manager (Telegram) to join our team.

• Development and implementation of promotion strategies for tipster projects.
• Creation and publication of content (posts, predictions, infographics, storytelling).
• Competitor analysis and integration of relevant ideas to maintain audience interest.
• Generation of creative mechanics: contests, challenges, themed sections, and interactive activities.
• Project scaling: exploring new traffic channels and integrations.
• Collaboration with designers and other team members.
• Working with analytics: CTR, engagement, follower growth, FTD conversion, ROI. Monitoring regulatory risks (careful content delivery, bypassing restrictions).

• Experience with Telegram projects (1+ years).
• Understanding of the tipster or betting/gambling niche will be an advantage.
• Ability to come up with and implement creative ideas.
• Copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and performance metrics.
• Skills in Figma or similar tools.
• Independence, proactivity, and readiness to take responsibility.
