How your day-to-day in this role will look like:

Specialist training will be provided for the product/service, a vibrant and innovative social media platform that allows users to create and share short videos on various topics and trends.
You will:

• Review Content in accordance with the policies
• Moderate and escalating violations of client policies
• Maintain a high level of quality in each case you review

Requirements:
What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Fluent in Dutch, with solid English communication skills
• Tech-curious and eager to stay on top of the latest innovations
• Customer-oriented, with prior experience as a strong advantage
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Empathetic by nature, with a genuine passion for helping others
