Content Production Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Content Production Manager, you will plan, adapt and deliver high‑quality marketing and in‑store communication content across all relevant media channels. You ensure that globally initiated campaigns and local activations are executed effectively, with the right assets, formats and timing to support both paid media and store communication needs. By working closely with media, production and store teams, you will secure smooth content flows, strong collaboration and clear feedback loops – enabling consistent, impactful communication in stores and across channels. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Türkiye, consisting of Türkiye, Kazakhstan and Georgia.

You will:

• Plan and oversee adaptation and delivery of globally initiated campaigns across media and in‑store communication channels
• Coordinate production and/or adaptation of assets for local tactical activations, based on the local marketing plan
• Stay closely connected to the local daily plan to anticipate asset needs for paid media and store communication
• Keep up to date with global channel playbooks, media formats, store formats and communication strategies
• Collaborate with Media Leads, Media Agencies and Production partners to brief, track and approve assets
• Act as the main point of contact towards Media Agencies regarding formats, assets and campaign materials
• Coordinate production of store communication materials in close cooperation with Store Visual teams
• Brief Store Visual teams on POS plans and campaign volumes
• Feed local digital‑screen content needs into production plans
• Collect in‑store feedback on communication materials and asset allocation and share insights with relevant stakeholders

As a Content Production Manager, you will work closely with Media Leads, Media Agencies, Production partners, Store Visual teams and local Marketing teams. You play a key role in connecting global strategies with local execution and ensuring strong collaboration across media, production and retail

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, content production or media, either agency‑side or client‑side
• Strong understanding of paid media formats such as TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social and Print
• Experience working with retail store communication formats and production processes
• A background in Marketing, Media or Production Management, or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage

This is a full-time role based on a local contract in İstanbul, Türkiye. The Content Production Manager reports to Marketing Manager.
