Because we're building the European alternative to traditional video platforms, and we need you to recruit the best content creators.

Joining Dailymotion's B2C Content team means being on the frontline of our social video platform development. You'll prospect, convince, and support creators and partners to enrich our content catalog in France and beyond.

The deal: You identify and onboard new creators and partners to Dailymotion. You introduce them to our ecosystem, support them in their first steps, and become their go-to contact. You don't just recruit, you build lasting relationships with the talent who will bring our platform to life.

 

💪 YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US

🔍 Prospect new talent

You identify and reach out to content creators and strategic partners. Your goal: introduce them to the Dailymotion ecosystem and convince them to join us.

🤝 Onboard and support

You welcome new creators to the platform, train them on the app's features, and support them with their first content. You're the problem-solver they can count on — when creators face technical issues, content questions, or need help navigating the platform, you're there to find solutions. You make sure they feel supported from day one.

📊 Manage partner relationships & operational follow-up

This is a key operational part of your role. You maintain rigorous follow-up of your creator portfolio through our CRM and tracking tools. You monitor their activity, track their performance, and proactively reach out to keep them engaged. In collaboration with internal teams (legal, product, customer support), you handle specific partner requests, know who to contact for each issue, and work cross-functionally with different stakeholders to ensure ongoing creator satisfaction.

📈 Track team KPIs

You participate in monitoring the Content team's performance indicators and contribute to achieving collective goals.

🎥 Promote our creators

You help showcase our creators and their content on the Dailymotion app, website, social media, newsletter... You give visibility to those who bring our platform to life.

🌊 Monitor emerging trends

You keep an eye on emerging trends in content and creators. You stay on top of what's happening on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube... to always stay one step ahead.

💡 Contribute to creative projects

You support the team in content collaboration and production projects. You're not just here to manage, you're here to create.

 

✨ WHAT ABOUT YOU?

What we're really looking for:

• 🎓 Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress (Business, Digital Marketing, Project Management) looking for an apprenticeship 1 year
• 🎥 Passion for the creator economy — you know the world of content creators and you're genuinely interested in it
• 📱 Good knowledge of the Dailymotion ecosystem — you understand our positioning and what makes us different
• 🔥 Curiosity for the content industry — you follow trends, new formats, and emerging creators
• 💬 Excellent communication in French and English — you're comfortable both written and spoken
• 🎯 Autonomous and organized — you manage your priorities and move forward without being pushed
• 🤝 Great people skills — you put people at ease and know how to build authentic relationships
• ⚡ Dynamic and proactive — you don't just wait, you propose, you test, you move forward
• 🛠️ Problem-solver mindset — you're resourceful and know how to work with different stakeholders to find solutions

• 🎬 First experience in digital — ideally with a strong interest in content creation
• 🖥️ PowerPoint proficiency — you know how to create impactful presentations
• 📊 Knowledge of KPIs and performance analysis — a real plus to understand what works
• 🔧 Comfortable with CRM and tracking tools — operational rigor is key in this role
