Role Overview:

Groupon helps customers discover deals on local experiences. This role supports the back-end operations of merchant campaigns. The Campaign Operations Intern will support the back-end setup of Groupon merchant campaigns. This includes working with various teams to bring deals to life, ensuring all campaign details, forms, and configurations are accurate.

This is a paid internship for candidates based in Valencia who are currently studying.

Responsibilities:

• Support backend configuration of Groupon merchant campaigns.

• Assist in managing editorial assets for campaigns.

• Track and apply feedback and revisions from internal teams.

• Ensure campaigns meet editorial and technical standards before launch.

• Maintain internal documentation for campaign workflows.

• Communication with merchants for any information requests

• Help troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.

Qualifications:

• Fluent C1 in German

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience with content management systems or workflow tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

• Basic HTML or CMS experience is a plus.

• Strong communication skills.

• Collaborative mindset.
