What you will do:

• Review reviews from B2C users and photos on our platform and assess them for compliance with our community guidelines and standards.

• Moderate reviews & photos to ensure they are appropriate for our audience and do not violate any laws or regulations.

• Collaborate with other team members to identify emerging trends or issues related to review & photo moderation and provide suggestions for improvement.

• Communicate with users regarding moderation decisions and provide feedback on how to improve their content if necessary.

• Keep up-to-date with changes in community guidelines, policies, and regulations related to photo moderation.

Who you are:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience on Customer Support or Sales

• Passionate about the restaurant industry, to join our team based in Barcelona

• Languages: high level of English (other language is a plus)

• Good communication skills

• Goal oriented

• Dynamic speech

• Team Player

• SalesForce knowledge is a plus.
