At Teleport, we’re on a mission to innovate in the traditional cargo and delivery industry. To enable everyone, from single merchants to the largest companies, to move goods and e-commerce anywhere in Southeast Asia and beyond. To simply work, like magic. Therefore it’s critical to ensure our content is relevant, engaging and attracts audiences ranging from major e-commerce players, individuals who want parcels delivered to industry players and potential investors.

We’re looking for a qualified Content Marketing, Specialist (文案策划专员) for Teleport China, who will be the face of the brand and an advocate for it. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be working with a team of 3-4 and will be based out of our office in Hongyi Tower, Qianhai, Shenzhen. This scope will cover all related business for Teleport China. You will be expected to perform this role on either:

• Fixed-Term Contract: A 3–6 month full-time commitment OR
• Flexible Basis: Freelance or part-time, with days structured around your availability and a commitment mutually aligned by both parties.

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Develop, plan, implement, and manage our social media content, campaigns, and strategy for our Business and Consumer segments
• Define the most important social media KPIs and measure the performance of your content against that.
• Work with the creative team to create content that meets objectives that attracts and engages the right audience. This includes all forms of text, image, and video content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Implement and use social media marketing tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Sales and Product Development teams
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network


Requirements:
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• 3–5 years of proven content marketing experience with a deep understanding of the Mainland China social media landscape (specifically WeChat, Xiaohongshu).
• Skilled at executing content strategy across the China digital ecosystem—from WeChat Official Accounts and Channels to localised landing pages and offline events.
• Able to "connect the dots," translating complex global concepts into clear, culturally relevant, and engaging content for the China audience.
• Experienced in developing sharp briefs and executing content from idea to final asset
• A strong eye for design with the ability to guide visual direction that resonates with local aesthetic trends and platform-specific UI/UX.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally while working independently and reliably
• Confident switching between strategy and execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

These are skills that are ‘nice-to-have’ and will make you stand-out in the job application:

• Prior experience in a similar role for e-commerce and/or logistics products
• Prior experience managing both B2B products
• Prior experience managing content management system (Wordpress etc.)
• Have a strong network of creators
• Exposure to logistics, eCommerce, lifecycle marketing, AI tools, or founder-led storytelling environments

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Social Media / Digital Marketing, or equivalent

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
