The Content Marketing Manager role at Omnisend is a crucial part of Omnisend’s success. This position is perfect for a versatile communicator who has a high bar for editorial quality and possesses a sharp analytical mindset for SEO. This role requires the ability to work with external agencies and contribute to scaling organic traffic, alongside the creative agility to craft compelling copy in multiple formats.

What you’ll do @ Omnisend::

Manage the SEO content production pipeline: Coordinate the end-to-end workflow, from receiving SEO briefs and managing agency delivery to editing for quality and overseeing the final upload, ensuring a steady stream of traffic-driving content.

Manage external partners: Act as the primary point of contact for content agencies, overseeing production workflows, quality control, and brand alignment.

Produce versatile copy: Flex your creative muscles by writing and editing everything from blog posts and research reports to punchy ad copy and high-converting landing pages.

Guard the brand voice: Ensure all published content, whether written by an agency or internally, is uniquely "Omnisend."

Collaborate across teams: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure our content supports creative campaigns and broader company goals.

Contribute to creative initiatives: Partner with the team to brainstorm multi-format campaigns and experimental content types that help Omnisend stand out.

We expect that you’ll bring::

Proven experience: 3+ years in copywriting, content marketing, editorial, or SEO-focused roles, ideally within the B2B SaaS or ecommerce space.

SEO fluency: A solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, search intent, keyword placement) and experience using tools like Ahrefs or Semrush.

Versatile writing skills: Ability to pivot from educational, SEO-driven long-form articles to punchy, persuasive ad copy and landing pages.

Project management chops: Experience managing content projects, external agencies, or freelancers, with the ability to keep production schedules on track and quality high.

An eagle eye for detail: High-level editing and proofreading skills. You’re the final gatekeeper, ensuring every piece is polished and brand-aligned before it goes live.

Product curiosity: A natural ability to dive into a technical SaaS product, understand its nuances, and eventually write about it.

Operational mindset: You enjoy the "rhythm" of a repeatable process and are always looking for ways to make the content engine run more smoothly.

Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write for a global, professional audience.
