Content Marketing Manager
This is a fully remote role
WHO YOU ARE –
Red Caffeine is seeking a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Manager who can translate complex business challenges into compelling content and campaign strategies that drive client growth. This role blends content creation with research, planning, and performance analysis to support integrated marketing initiatives.
You are a mid-level marketing professional who is both a strong writer and a thoughtful planner—someone who can develop content that aligns with business objectives and supports multi-channel campaigns. You are comfortable working across disciplines, collaborating with strategists, designers, and digital specialists to bring ideas to life.
In this role, you will contribute to client engagements through content research, editorial planning, audience insights, and campaign execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and are eager to grow your expertise in content strategy and integrated marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Content Strategy & Planning
Conduct research to support content strategies, including industry trends, audience insights, and competitive analysis
Assist in building content plans and editorial calendars aligned with campaign and business goals
Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated campaign themes and messaging frameworks
Support the development of buyer personas and content journeys
Contribute to campaign planning by aligning content with channel strategy (email, social, web, SEO, etc.)
Help define content KPIs and support measurement planning
Content Creation
Interview subject matter experts to develop engaging editorial and promotional content
Write and edit short-form and long-form content (blogs, articles, emails, social posts, case studies, etc.)
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and strategic objectives
Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop cohesive campaign assets
Support development of brand stories, messaging, and content standards
Proofread and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns through content development and coordination
Assist in managing and maintaining content across digital channels (website, email, social, etc.)
Analyze content and campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with team members to refine messaging based on results and insights
Stay current with content marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Brand / Market Support
Assist in conducting competitive research and market analysis
Support brand positioning and value proposition development through content insights
Contribute to audience analysis for email databases and social channels
Help identify opportunities to improve engagement and content effectiveness
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborating with team members to define campaign and content objectives
Conducting research to inform content and marketing strategies
Creating and editing high-quality content across formats and channels
Supporting campaign planning and execution
Analyzing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Staying current with marketing trends, tools, and consumer behaviors
REQUIREMENTS
4–7 years of professional experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats
Experience supporting or executing integrated marketing campaigns
Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social, SEO, web)
Experience with Martech tools (CMS, CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) preferred
Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
