Qmatic is transforming—and we’re looking for a Content Manager who’s ready to jump in, create clarity, and fuel our commercial engine with high impact content.
In this role, you will:
Build sales enablement materials that turn product features into real customer value
Create sharp commercial presentations, messaging, and positioning
Drive Webinar content creation with stakeholders
Develop customer reference cases for the U.S. and partner channels
Own and maintain Qmatic World as a structured, up-to-date content hub
Craft event presentations and manage speaker content
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years in Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or related roles
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or similar
Experience creating sales decks, value messaging, and product storytelling
Strong ability to translate technical/product features into clear customer benefits
Handson experience with webinars, events, or partner marketing
Skilled at organizing, structuring, and maintaining content platforms or hubs
Comfortable working cross functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing
Thrives in an ambiguous, changing environment and brings structure where needed
Be comfortable working in Adobe, Power Point, HubSpot or other content creation tools
Effective communication skills and fluent English; Swedish is an advantage.

Location
Based in our Mölndal office with the ability to work in a hybrid arrangement according to the company Hybrid Working Policy, and the needs of the business.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
