We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who knows how to turn complex ideas into compelling content that generates qualified leads and supports our continued revenue growth. You need to be a team player who can work hard, take accountability, and drive results – All while having fun and a positive attitude.
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of content, demand generation, and sales. You’ll own the strategy and execution of several short-term and long-term campaigns and online content that attracts, educates, and converts buyers, evaluating a change in Microsoft Support Partners, or the implementation of new SMB and Mid-Market AI, ERP, CRM, and Cloud solutions.
This is not an agency management role, you’ll be expected to set strategies, align to buying cycles and execute your plans in collaboration with your peers within the Endeavor4 marketing team. Your work will directly support pipeline growth by helping prospects understand their challenges, evaluate solutions, and take the next step with Endeavor4.
Reporting to the Sr Director of Marketing, a key to success will be a background or past experience in working closing with Technology-centric sales teams for sales enablement, proposal writing, and marketing campaign management.
What You’ll Do
Create Content That Generates Demand – blogs, linked, proposals, website, emails, lead gen campaign and webinar invites.
Develop and execute a content strategy focused on lead generation for ERP and CRM
Build content that supports buyers in the middle to bottom of the funnel
Align messaging to real‑world challenges faced by Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain leaders
Ability to execute on content creation and campaigns with minimal oversight
Understand key value props and technical context for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Business Central, Finance & Supply Chain, Microsoft Azure and Copilot
Build and maintain a key interest in multiple industry solutions including manufacturing, supply chain, consumer goods, non-profits, financial services, government, membership management and other key industries.
Create and design assets such as: Thought leadership blogs, eBooks, case studies, white papers and website copy.
Be able to design visually captivating illustrations, blog feature images, PowerPoint presentations and other simple graphics for lead gen purposes
Ability to plan, manage, attend and host industry tradeshows periodically up to 2-3 times per year
What You Bring in Experience
3+ years of B2B content marketing experience
Proven success generating leads for complex solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise technology)
Experience marketing to Accounting, Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain audiences
Comfort working within long sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder buying processes
Skills
Strong writing and storytelling skills with a clear, confident voice
Ability to simplify complex topics without losing credibility
Strong grasp of foundational accounting, finance and supply chain operations
Experience collaborating with sales and demand generation teams
Nice to Have
Experience with ERP platforms
Experience with CRM platforms
Familiarity with marketing automation
Past B2B sales experience

Salary & Benefits
The total compensation for this role is $75,000 to $95,000, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.

Physical and Other Requirements
