Für unser Team in München/Wien suchen wir eine/n Content Marketing Manager/in. In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung als Ansprechpartner/in für unsere wichtigsten Lieferanten und zeichnen sich durch die Planung und Umsetzung von Contentstrategien aus. Zudem sind Sie maßgeblich beteiligt bei der Entwicklung und Betreuung zentraler, internationaler Content-Projekte. Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen (Vendor Management, Campaign Management, Graphics, Digital Marketing u.a.) ist dabei essenziell.

Stellenbeschreibung

 

• Content Strategy: Konzeption und Entwicklung von Content-Strategien entsprechend unserer Marketingziele und unseres Marketing-Katalogs (Markenshops, Social Media, Magazin, Produktdetailseiten, Mailings etc.) sowie strategische Beratung basierend auf KPIs und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen. Daraus resultierend Entwicklung kreativer Ansätze zur Weiterentwicklung des Kooperationsportfolios.
• Content Project Management: Selbstständige Entwicklung und Steuerung zentraler Content-Projekte auf internationaler Ebene (Full Funnel Kampagnen, Mailings, Videoprojekte, Social Media Initiativen).
• Content Management: Erstellung des deutschen Mastercontents und Koordination des Roll-Outs, Briefing von Bannern
• Digital Marketing: Koordination von Briefings für Lieferanten, strategische Beratung bei Design-Fragen und Verwaltung sämtlicher Offsite-Assets für Google/Meta Kampagnen des Lieferanten
• Landingpages: Strategische Beratung, Konzeption und Pflege von Landingpages und Brandshops; Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Templates und Features, die sowohl den Anforderungen der Lieferanten als auch unseres Unternehmens entsprechen.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Co-Branding Richtlinien bei der Integration von Supplier Content und strategische Beratung in diesem Bereich.
• Business Routines: Sicherstellung der Deadlines, Erstellung überzeugender Präsentationen zu Marketingkonzepten, Unterstützung der Marketing und Content Jahresgesamtplanung des Lieferanten

Das Bruttojahresgehalt für diese Position (38.5 Stunden/Woche) beträgt mindestens 44.450 EUR. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung sind wir bereit, mehr zu zahlen.

• Erfahrung mit Offsite-Kampagnen (Paid Social, Google)
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung (Erfahrung mit Adobe Analytics von Vorteil)
• Strategisches Vorgehen bei Content-Projekten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen und zu präsentieren
• Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Exzellente Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
