The Content Marketing Apprentice will support end-to-end execution of content marketing initiatives across talent coordination, on-ground activations, PR, and vendor management. The role involves hands-on operational and logistical support to ensure smooth, timely delivery of campaigns and events. About the Team
The Content Marketing team drives the on-ground and off-screen amplification of shows and campaigns by managing talent coordination, activations, PR, and partner execution. The team works closely with artists, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to plan and deliver seamless marketing initiatives. They ensure timely coordination, smooth logistics, and accurate tracking across activities. Their efforts help build visibility, buzz, and audience engagement for key entertainment properties.


Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with talent management by coordinating with artists, agencies, and internal teams
• ⁠Support planning and execution of on-ground activations and events, including operational and logistical coordination
• ⁠Coordinate with vendors on timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
• ⁠Support PR initiatives by managing media lists, tracking coverage, and coordinating with PR partners
• ⁠Manage day-to-day coordination, tracking, and documentation to ensure timely and smooth execution across activities

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with artists, agencies, vendors, and internal teams
• Vendor management capabilities, including timeline tracking, deliverable follow-ups, and basic negotiation support
