Content Manager (SharePoint)

We are seeking a Content Manager to take ownership of structuring, improving, and maintaining content within our SharePoint environment. This role will ensure that information is well-organized, accessible, and aligned with business needs.

This position is based anywhere in the United States.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Structure and organize content within SharePoint
• Maintain and update site content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine content
• Improve content usability, navigation, and consistency
• Ensure content follows internal standards and best practices
• Monitor and maintain overall site health and performance
• Support users with content-related queries and improvements

Requirements:
• Experience managing content in SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to structure information in a clear and user-friendly way
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Experience in content strategy or information architecture
• Familiarity with intranet or knowledge management systems
• Basic understanding of UX principles

• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
• Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
