We are currently looking for Content Manager (Beauty Tech) to join MaxBeauty.

In this role you will:

• Create and manage educational beauty and wellness content, including lessons, courses, and in-app materials

• Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, completion rates, retention impact, etc.)

• Run content experiments to continuously improve effectiveness and drive measurable results

• Write clear, engaging scripts for educational video content

• Ensure all content is accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand voice and content standards

• Manage, upload, and update content using CMS and LMS platforms

• Review, edit, and improve existing content to maintain high quality and relevance

• Research beauty, skincare, and wellness topics to support content creation

• Stay informed about beauty industry trends, user needs, and emerging topics

• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to support content initiatives

What is important for us:

• English proficiency at B2+ level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Experience creating instructional and educational content (both long-form and short-form)

• Ability to develop and adapt tone of voice according to brand guidelines

• Ability to write scripts for educational or instructional video content

• Experience working with CMS and/or LMS platforms

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality

• Ability to work with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Gemini)

• Strong research skills and ability to fact-check information

• Solid grasp of content performance metrics, ability to work with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) and user feedback sources

• Data-driven approach to decision making

Bonus points for:

• You are fluent in beauty and skincare trends

• Understanding of beauty apps and digital product environments

• Interest in beauty market research and industry trends

• You’ve lived in English-speaking countries

• Experience working with educational, wellness, or app-based content / experience in education

• Proficiency in either French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese Knowledge of additional languages such as French, German, Portuguese, or Japanese will be a strong advantage
