Nawy Real Estate is seeking a skilled and visionary Content Lead to spearhead our content strategy and execution across all channels. As the Content Lead, you will be responsible for managing content creation teams, developing compelling narratives that align with our brand, and ensuring all content effectively communicates our values, products, and services.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with marketing, communications, and product teams to deliver consistent, engaging, and high-quality content that supports our business objectives and enhances customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the content team in creating and delivering diverse content types including articles, blogs, social media posts, video scripts, and other marketing materials.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing goals and brand identity.
• Oversee editorial calendars ensuring timely production and publication of all content.
• Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and optimized for SEO to maximize reach and impact.
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns and content initiatives.
• Mentor and guide content creators, providing feedback to enhance creativity, quality, and effectiveness.
• Monitor content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
• Stay current with industry trends, adjusting content approaches accordingly to maintain relevance and competitiveness.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content creation, content strategy, or related roles, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing content teams.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
