The team

You'll join the Content team, part of the Marketing department. Our department drives platform growth through omnichannel marketing and rapid experimentation, with teams focusing on Content, PR, SEO, Performance Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, CLM, and Product Marketing.

Your role

This role is about innovating and leading the charge in a rapidly evolving content landscape. As a Content Growth Marketer, you will be pivotal in redefining our content strategy and operations. You'll be the driving force behind a scalable and smart approach to content creation, distribution, and optimisation, ensuring our users receive timely, clear, and engaging information that educates, solves pain points, and drives activation.

Build our content engine:

• You’ll design, implement, and manage an AI-assisted operational system to scale our content production and optimisation efforts.

• You’ll develop and maintain a library of prompts, workflows, and processes to maintain an efficient operation.

• You’ll continuously research and integrate new tools to improve the engine, with a clear focus on increasing content ROI and reducing time-to-market.

Drive growth through experimentation and optimisation:

• Own the performance of our existing content library, using AI-assisted workflows to update and optimise our most valuable pages at scale.

• Develop and experiment with new techniques and strategies to improve our visibility on emerging surfaces like AI Overviews (AIOs) and LLMs, turning new traffic into measurable bookings.

• Take it further by experimenting with new formats and content distribution channels beyond traditional organic search.

Content creation:

• Produce high-quality, brand-aligned content in various formats, including blogs, product explainers, case studies, ebooks, videos, and more.

• Use AI tools to accelerate content ideation, drafting, and repurposing without compromising quality.

Data analysis and performance ownership:

• Independently and consistently track and analyse content performance, moving beyond traffic to measure conversion rates and content-driven bookings.

• Confidently identify patterns/trends and deliver actionable insights to inform content strategies.

Research and user insights:

• Ensure our workflows conduct thorough and creative research to inform our content.

• Ensure the AI agents keep our business and user needs in mind, performing frequent quality checks yourself.

• When required, research yourself, understanding user intent beyond keywords.

Your profile

• Demonstrated experience in writing excellent prompts or creating custom bots that can produce on-brand content per target group and brand.

• Experience in leveraging AI for analysis and automating repetitive tasks, or eagerness to upskill.

• Good at systems thinking, obsessed with building efficient, repeatable workflows.

• 2-3 years of experience with growth, content, or SEO roles.

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English. Fluency in French is a plus; otherwise, comfortable working with translations in various languages.

• Proven experience creating various content formats.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.

• You're curious, creative, have a proactive mindset, and take ownership.

• Experience using AI tools and tools like Contentful, Ahrefs, Search Console, or Mixpanel is a plus.
