Role Summary
As Content Curator, you will be responsible for driving quality control and selection processes for our content. Using your strong aesthetic judgment, you will help build datasets that are shared directly with the AI model developers. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and delivery teams to define and deliver on quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Curating content for sales and marketing collateral.
• Creating high-quality sample sets for Sales with fast turnaround.
• Selecting appropriate content for Delivery that match client expectations.
• Maintaining familiarity with the full library and knowing how to locate unique assets.
• Applying aesthetic judgment to ensure everything shown externally is coherent and polished.
What You Should Bring
• Experience or familiarity with IP licensing, such as in stock media agencies or other content marketplaces.
• A strong sense of aesthetic quality and the ability to explain why certain assets work better than others.
• High attention to detail and the discipline to maintain consistency across selections.
• The ability to turn vague or subjective criteria into clear, actionable selection filters.
• The ability to make decisions quickly with a bias toward action.
• Experience using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and ability to quickly learn and navigate new software interfaces, including those developed internally.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to explain and defend your rationale.
• Reliability under tight turnaround times and the ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously.
