Content Creator & Strategist (LinkedIn)

We are looking for a Content Creator & Strategist who is part creative visionary and part data scientist. We don’t just want to "post regularly"—we want to dominate the feed. We’ve set a bold goal: achieve viral status within 3 months, and we need the right architect to make it happen.

As our lead Content Strategist, you will be the engine behind our digital presence. You’ll be responsible for directing our creative team, appearing on-camera, and executing high-level edits that turn casual scrollers into loyal followers.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Content Strategy & Leadership
• Architect the Vision: Lead the creative direction for all social platforms (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.), ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand voice.
• Direct the Team: Oversee content produced by our internal team, providing actionable feedback to elevate quality and engagement.
• Trend Forecasting: Identify emerging trends before they peak and pivot our strategy in real-time to capitalize on them.

• 2. Production & Execution
• On-Camera Presence: Comfortable being the face of the brand or directing talent to ensure high-energy, relatable video performances.
• End-to-End Editing: Take raw footage and turn it into high-retention masterpieces using advanced video and graphic editing techniques.
• Visual Polish: Create eye-catching thumbnails, overlays, and social assets that stop the scroll.

• 3. The "Algorithm Whisperer"
• Data Optimization: Analyze platform analytics to understand why a video worked (or didn't) and iterate immediately.
• Growth Hacking: Execute specific tactics (hooks, SEO, engagement loops) designed to trigger platform algorithms and maximize reach.
• The 90-Day Challenge: Develop and execute a roadmap specifically designed to achieve viral status (100k+ views/significant organic growth) within your first three months.

Requirements:
• Platform Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of the TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
• Strategic Mindset: You don't just "make videos"; you build content funnels that convert views into community.
• Thick Skin & Fast Pace: You thrive in a high-speed environment where you test, fail, learn, and win quickly.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device:
• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device:
• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
• Must be functional during power interruptions.
