WE ARE HIRING:

Content Creator (Social Media / Short-Form Video)

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Content Creator or in similar roles.
Strong knowledge of native formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit content independently.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, InShot, or similar.
Strong creativity, visual storytelling skills, and trend sensitivity.
Portfolio or content samples required.

Responsibilities
Conceptualize creative ideas and storytelling concepts for short-form video content.
Shoot content using personal or brand resources (camera, smartphone, studio, or on-location).
Edit videos with a strong focus on pacing, trends, hooks, and audience retention.
Adapt content for each platform (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), following best practices and format requirements.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and communication objectives.
Stay up to date with trends, sounds, formats, and challenges.
Propose content ideas focused on engagement, reach, and virality.
Deliver content on time and according to the content calendar.
Collaborate with social media, marketing, and account teams.
