Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly creative and execution focused Content Creator specialized in photography and videography to capture on-ground brand moments across events, experiences, and internal culture initiatives. This role is built for a hands-on visual storyteller who thrives in dynamic environments and can translate real world activity into high quality visual content for digital, social, and brand use.

The role combines event coverage, experience documentation, and employer branding content creation. The ideal candidate is fast, reliable, visually sharp, and comfortable producing content in live and fast moving settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional photo and video content at events, activations, experiences, and brand initiatives
• Produce on-ground coverage including highlights, behind the scenes content, interviews, and atmosphere shots
• Create short form and long form video content for social media and digital platforms
• Develop employer branding visual content including workplace culture, team stories, and internal initiatives
• Edit photos and videos into publish ready assets with appropriate formatting for each platform
• Deliver fast turnaround content when required for live or near real time publishing
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and social teams to align with campaign and content objectives
• Propose creative shot lists, formats, and storytelling approaches for different content needs
• Maintain organized archives of raw and edited visual assets
• Manage and maintain shooting equipment and basic production setups

Requirements:
• Proven experience in photography and videography for brands, events, or media
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both photo and video work
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Lightroom, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of framing, lighting, motion, and visual storytelling
• Experience producing content for social and digital platforms
• Ability to work in fast paced, unpredictable, and crowded environments
• Strong time management and delivery discipline
• Comfortable interacting with teams, participants, and leadership while shooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience covering live events, festivals, or large activations
• Drone shooting certification and experience
• Basic motion graphics or color grading skills
• Experience producing employer branding or corporate culture content
• Ability to shoot high quality content using both professional cameras and mobile devices when needed
