Key Contributions & Responsibilities:
Original Content Creation & Production:
• Develop and execute unique, culturally resonant social-first content strategies for always-on and campaign initiatives.
• Concept, script, film, and produce captivating social content, meticulously tailored for TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and emerging platforms.
• Articulate creative visions and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute innovative ideas to new business pitches.
Rapid Social-First Editing & Optimization:
• Rapidly edit and optimize team-generated content for social platforms, ensuring quick deployment and maximum impact.
• Efficiently reformat, enhance, and tailor assets (graphics, captions) to uphold platform best practices and brand consistency.
• Provide quick-response support for the wider social creative team.
On-Camera Presence & Collaboration:
• Not required, but welcome!
• Identify opportunities for creator-led storytelling and influencer partnerships.
Cultural & Platform Expertise:
• Maintain expert knowledge of social trends, platform updates, and algorithms.
• React swiftly with brand-safe messaging to cultural moments.
• Advise teams on platform changes and content strategy.

• 2-4 years experience in a social media, content creation, or editing role (agency/in-house).
• Exceptional conceptual thinker with proven ability to generate original, impactful social content.
• A deep understanding of what drives engagement on social platforms; from crafting the perfect hook to knowing the latest best-practices.
• Proficient in filming, editing, and publishing social content (video & static) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and in-app editors.
• Demonstrable ability to quickly adapt and edit pre-existing content for diverse social platforms with speed and precision.
• Comfortable presenting creative work and rationale to clients.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platform nuances and best practices.
• Passion for online culture, trends, and social vernacular.
