IFGlobal is a fast growing 3PL and fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand-new, state of the art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we’re scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us.
We’re looking for a hands on Content & Creative Lead to deliver social-first, high impact content that elevates the IFGlobal and BladePRO brands. You’ll create engaging videos, photography, and visual assets across digital channels, bringing our story to life while maintaining a consistent, on brand presence. You’ll make a real impact on engagement, reach, and brand perception, leading shoots, inspiring creative excellence, and delivering content that truly connects with audiences.
The Role
Owning it
You’ll take full responsibility for producing high quality, on brand content that brings our story to life. From short-form, social-first videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, to photography, filming, and editing across fulfilment centers, events, client interviews, and team features, you’ll own the craft from start to finish. You’ll manage creative assets, maintain brand consistency, and ensure fast, efficient delivery while upholding IFGlobal and BladePRO’s visual identity. You’ll also apply your skills in design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling to deliver professional output that drives engagement and impact.

You’ll work closely with the Communications & Events Manager, cross functional teams, and external collaborators to deliver content that supports campaigns, social channels, events, and employer brand initiatives. You’ll inspire, guide, and direct colleagues on shoots, foster collaboration, and ensure creative output reflects a consistent, professional, and engaging brand presence across all touchpoints.

You’ll push creative boundaries, challenge visual norms, and explore new content formats to captivate audiences. You’ll anticipate content needs, take initiative, and experiment with ideas that exceed expectations. By learning on the job, representing the brand confidently on camera, and continuously improving your craft, you’ll set the standard for creative excellence across both IFGlobal and BladePRO.
Working Pattern
08:30am-17:30pm
8-hour shifts on a rota across Sunday to Saturday
40 hours per week
Hybrid – Hurn and Christchurch Office
