Contador General

Reportando al Director de Finanzas, el Contador General es responsable de garantizar la precisión financiera, el cumplimiento normativo y la eficiencia de los procesos contables. Este rol supervisa las operaciones contables diarias, el cierre mensual, los procesos de nómina e impuestos, así como la gestión del equipo contable, incluyendo al Contador Junior.

Responsabilidades principales:

Mantener y supervisar la correcta gestión del libro mayor, registros contables y sistemas financieros (Xero, Conta Digital)

Asegurar cierres mensuales, trimestrales y anuales oportunos y precisos, incluyendo conciliaciones bancarias y control de efectivo

Preparar y revisar reportes financieros, alineándolos con la información operativa

Apoyar en la elaboración de presupuestos y proyecciones, dando seguimiento a variaciones vs. presupuesto

Supervisar el procesamiento de nómina, garantizando exactitud y cumplimiento

Liderar el cumplimiento fiscal (ISR, IVA, IMSS, ISN) y apoyar en la declaración anual

Colaborar con líderes de otras áreas para atender necesidades financieras

Garantizar la preparación y atención de auditorías internas y externas

Identificar e implementar mejoras en procesos contables para optimizar la eficiencia

Supervisar y desarrollar al equipo contable

Perfil:

Sólido conocimiento en contabilidad, cumplimiento fiscal y reporteo financiero

Experiencia liderando equipos y trabajando bajo presión con fechas límite

Alto nivel de atención al detalle y capacidad analítica

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo
