Law For All views the position of Contact Centre Agent as someone who is compassionate, friendly and
professional. Responsible for attending to all client care, member service, complaint, enquiries, call
transfers, etc. Referring telephonic calls to the correct departments, providing the necessary services to the
public in portraying a positive image and attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make

đź’Ľ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
(Duties as set out below is not limited to same, any reasonable request made by LAW for ALL or demands that the office might require will be the responsibility of the policy admin agent to comply with and/or attend to)
âś…Answer courteously inbound calls and respond to client inquiries.
âś…Following instructions given by superiors
âś…Assisting legal administration,
âś…Typing.
âś…Cancellation of Group Law Policies
âś…Updating banking details of Group Law Policies
âś…Debit order switches of Group Law Policies
âś…Registrations of Compliments and Complaints
âś…Providing clients with Fulfilment packs (policy documents)
âś…Confirmation of Commencement dates and Paid Up dates
âś…Transferring of calls to the relevant departments
âś…The booking of Board rooms
âś…Deliver exceptional service that exceeds clients' expectations through proactive, innovative and
appropriate solutions
📝MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
📌 Grade 12
 📌2 years’ working experience in a contact centre environment/customer service environment
 📌Must have qualities such as honesty and integrity,
 📌Must be fully bilingual in two South African languages of which English should be one,
 📌Must be fully computer-literate and have good communication and administration skills,
 📌Computer literate, excellent communication skills and initiative,
 📌Excellent team player,
 📌Ability to work without supervision,
 📌Positive and motivated individual
