We are currently looking for a proactive, motivated Contact Centre Advisor to join our fast‑paced Commercial team. Job Purpose
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the business in generating and managing sales relating to collections. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, manage customer queries, maintain accurate customer records, and contribute to wider commercial activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and building strong customer relationships.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound calls relating to Slicker collections and services
Responding promptly to customer emails and website chat enquiries
Resolving customer queries and escalating where necessary
Supporting sales through cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities
Maintaining and updating the customer database accurately
Providing general administrative support across Commercial departments
Supporting marketing campaigns through outbound calling projects
Sharing customer and competitor insights with the National Service Delivery Manager

Key Skills and Experience
Minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade C / 4 or above
Experience in an office or customer‑facing environment
Experience working in a fast‑paced sales or service role
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organised, methodical, and able to manage your own workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office
A great team player who builds positive relationships
Proactive, resilient and solutions‑focused
Confident communicator with a positive approach
Someone who enjoys contributing to a fun and supportive team culture
Hours of work
40 hours per week - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Monday to Friday
No weekends
