What We're Looking For: 

Positive attitude and enthusiasm.

Quick learner, comfortable with software systems.

Strong typing, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

Previous medical experience is a plus but not required- we provide training!

Job Preview: 

Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries.

Collect patient info and deliver messages to medical staff confidentially.

Handle special tasks like transfers, callbacks, and interruptions.

Meet department performance standards (we'll help you achieve them!).

Perform other duties as needed.
