Contact center Fullstack DBA

As an AWS contact center Full Stack DBA, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining web applications from front-end to back-end while ensuring robust database administration. You will be a valued member of the Technology Solutions team and work collaboratively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

In this role, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end.
Build and optimize APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
Implement and manage cloud services, primarily AWS, to ensure scalability and reliability.
Manage and maintain database systems, including setup, configuration, performance tuning, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.

What you need to have to be considered:
Proficiency in front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks.
Strong knowledge of various database systems, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
Expertise in API development principles and database schema design.
These will help you stand out:
Experience with advanced performance tuning and optimization techniques for databases.
Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or Ruby.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
