Estamos buscando un Junior Analytic Consultant, orientado a los detalles y con una fuerte curiosidad por los mercados de FMCG y retail. Te destacarás en la identificación de tendencias y patrones para proporcionar insights accionables, trabajando con datos para comprender la dinámica del mercado.

En este rol, cooperarás en el desarrollo y presentación de entregables de valor basados en insights para los clientes, entendiendo su negocio para analizarlo y encontrar oportunidades estratégicas.

Responsabilidades:

• Construir y presentar entregables de valor, integrando diversos servicios de NielsenIQ, a nuestros clientes
• Construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes, materializando el valor agregado en KPI´S relacionados a satisfacción
• Elaborar reportes y presentaciones de alto impacto y exponerlas a key stakeholders de los clientes.
• Tomar parte activa de los proyectos de la compañía relacionados con la transformación digital y apoyar a los account developer en aras de mejorar la satisfacción de los clientes
• Seguimiento de las solicitudes de servicio del cliente.
• Detectar oportunidades comerciales a través de los análisis de valor que se preparen para tus clientes, buscando traer nuevos negocios a NIQ.
• Ejecutar actividades relacionadas con proyectos especiales para facilitar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y procesos que satisfagan las necesidades de la empresa y los clientes.
• Tomar decisiones acertadas y resolver problemas de manera enfocada en el cliente, anticipando y resolviendo posibles problemas de proceso o entregables.
• Gestionar clientes de manera efectiva por correo y en reuniones, convirtiéndose en un socio de confianza.

Requisitos

• Inglés avanzado (B2 o C1) (Obligatorio)
• Experiencia previa de 6 meses a 1 año en investigación de mercados, trade marketing, category management o data insights, o trabajando en consultoras de investigación de mercados, Retailers o Fabricantes de consumo masivo (Obligatorio)
• Nivel avanzado de Excel (análisis de datos) y PowerPoint (creación de presentaciones de impacto)
• Debe estar ubicado en Bogotá, Colombia (modalidad híbrida)
• Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo, Economía o áreas afines.
• Habilidades necesarias: análisis, estadística y facilidad numérica, habilidades comerciales, comunicación efectiva, creatividad, organización y priorización, gusto por las relaciones con clientes.
