As a Solution Lead you serve as the end-to-end technical owner of solutions delivered across multiple clients. You are responsible for ensuring that the approved architecture is effectively implemented in practice, with all platforms functioning as a unified, secure, and operationally sound solution.
Working closely with Enterprise and Domain Architects, you drive the technical execution, integration, quality, and production readiness of the solution across products including Salesforce, Adobe, MuleSoft, and our clients’ complex legacy technology landscape.
You will hold overall accountability for the technical success of the solution, from initial design through to live operation.
Your day-to-day could include:
• End-to-End Ownership: Single point of technical accountability; ensure a unified, secure, and outcome-driven solution across all platforms
• Architecture Realisation: Translate architectural intent into practical designs; ensure consistency and make delivery trade-offs
• Technical Leadership: Lead across Salesforce, Adobe, MuleSoft, and legacy systems; ensure clean integration, scalability, and solution integrity
• DevOps & Release: Accountable for DevOps strategy, CI/CD alignment, release integrity, and production readiness
• Delivery Assurance: Govern design, integration, code quality, and testing; manage dependencies and risks across teams
• Quality & Readiness: Ensure security, performance, scalability, and operational support; own go-live and stabilisation
• Stakeholder Leadership: Engage stakeholders and vendors; communicate technical decisions clearly and drive delivery confidence

• Senior technical leadership on large-scale enterprise platforms
• End-to-end solution delivery experience across multiple technologies
• Experience integrating SaaS with legacy systems
• Government or regulated environment experience (desirable)
• Strong Salesforce implementation experience
• Experience with Adobe or similar digital platforms
• MuleSoft and API-led integration knowledge
• Understanding of distributed systems and master data
• Knowledge of integration, data flows, and security
• Awareness of non-functional requirements
• Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, and release governance
• Strong engineering judgement and pragmatic decision-making
• Comfortable at both technical and stakeholder levels
• Outcome-focused and accountable
