About your manager
Adam Kele leads the German Financial Services Transformation Practice within Technology Consulting and brings 15 years of experience in technology strategy, complex program delivery, and system integration and transformation projects across the Central and Eastern European region. Adam is passionate about bridging the IT and business perspectives, bringing a structured yet pragmatic approach to both business and delivery.
Job description & summary
• Consulting and Transformation - As part of a dynamic project team, you support our clients in the financial sector – especially banks, insurance companies, and investment firms – in implementing complex transformation projects. You accompany the projects from analysis to successful implementation of technological and organizational changes
• Process Optimization - You analyze existing operational processes and develop solutions to increase efficiency in the back-office and middle-office environments. Your focus is on digitization and optimization to reduce costs, improve quality, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Technological Deployment - You actively participate in the introduction of modern technologies such as Business Analytics, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Process Mining. In doing so, you gain practical experience handling digital tools that shape the future of the financial sector.
• Project Work - You work within traditional and agile project structures and take responsibility for preparing data, creating presentations, and decision templates for management. Through your work, you contribute visibly and directly to the project's success.
• Professional Development - You benefit from comprehensive training offerings through our Digital Upskilling Academy and Technology Communities (e.g., New Technologies, Business Intelligence, Agile, ESG), as well as mentoring by experienced colleagues and a buddy system to support your onboarding.
Requirements of the role
• You have completed your studies in economics, business administration, business informatics, business engineering, or a comparable field or already have up to 1 year of practical experience in banking, asset or wealth management, or consulting
• Basic understanding and interest in technology solutions enhancing efficiency and driving innovation. Eager to explore new technologies such as business analytics, RPA, and process mining to improve business processes and increase efficiency.
• Interest in digital transformation and innovative solutions, as well as willingness to learn new tools and methods
• Strong analytical and communication skills and enjoyment in team collaboration
• Motivated, ambitious, and committed personality with a positive attitude
• Very good German and English skills (C1 level) for daily communication with clients and colleagues in German-speaking markets
