To support our continued growth in Germany, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Consulting Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and lead impactful projects in the fields of data strategy, digital transformation, and AI innovation.

What you will be doing

As a Consulting Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in shaping data-driven change for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading client engagements from discovery to delivery, managing interdisciplinary teams and driving high-quality outcomes.

Developing data strategies and business models in close collaboration with clients, including governance, cloud infrastructure, and AI use cases.

•
Driving change management initiatives to help organizations adopt digital solutions sustainably.

•
Managing (sub-)projects independently, ensuring transparent communication, stakeholder alignment, and strong client relationships.

•
Inspiring clients and colleagues with your knowledge of digital trends and emerging technologies.

•
Mentoring junior consultants, promoting a collaborative and empowering team environment.

What you should bring

•
A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, or within data strategy, cloud transformation, or digital marketing environments, including 2+ years of managing projects and/or clients.

•
Strong affinity for data and technology, ideally with experience in data platforms, customer data management, or BI tools.

•
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.

•
A team-oriented personality with a structured, solution-driven mindset.

•
Empathy, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
