Supporting our customers' data transformation in their various areas of activity: marketing, supply-chain, operations, IT, etc.
Learn fast and lead projects with high strategic value for our customers, drawing on Artefact's expertise and offerings:
Data governance
Data marketing
AI use cases
Data Strategy
Business Intelligence

Managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams (consultants, data scientists, software engineers, data analysts).

Business Impact

Understanding and supporting our customers' needs
Strengthen our relationships with existing customers, identify business opportunities and propose relevant solutions.
Support the opening up of new commercial territories for Artefact
Develop / enhance Artefact's offering by staying at the state of the art on Data topics.

Internal Impact

Becoming a referent in one or more areas of expertise and developing them (strategy, data governance, data marketing, etc.): building new offerings, training consultants, marketing initiatives, developing partnerships, client pitches....
Ensuring the dissemination of the Consulting department's knowledge within the company.
Participate in external events and create Artefact content.
Becoming an integral part of the recruitment process, helping us find the next talent, and then coaching and developing the skills of junior consultants.

Profile:

You have demonstrated success during your first 4 years in a leading Consulting firm and have 2 years' experience in project and/or client management.
You are passionate and curious about data and technological developments.
You have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem solving.
You have experience in customer management, you know how to identify business opportunities and you enjoy interactions.
