What You Will Do

As a Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data and AI transformation projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining Data & AI Strategies.

• Advising C-level executives (COMEX, marketing, digital, supply-chain, operations, IT, etc.) on data-driven strategies.

• Leading engagements in areas such as Data Strategy, AI Use Cases, Governance & Operating Models, and AI Adoption & Change Management.

• Translating business challenges into scalable AI and data solutions.

Managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams

• Leading cross-functional teams of consultants, data analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful projects.

• Ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams.

• Coaching and developing junior consultants to grow their expertise in data-driven transformation.

Driving Business Development

• Strengthening relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities.

• Supporting the expansion of Artefact in Brussels by contributing to client acquisition and market penetration.

• Crafting compelling proposals and responses to RFPs.

Delivering High-Impact Projects

• Structuring problem-solving approaches for business challenges.

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, from strategy definition to implementation.

• Ensuring the successful adoption of data and AI solutions by client teams.

Contributing to Thought Leadership & Internal Growth

• Becoming an expert in one or more areas (AI Strategy, Data Governance, AI for Finance, Data Marketing, etc.).

• Developing and delivering trainings for both internal teams and clients.

• Representing Effixis at industry events and contributing to thought leadership initiatives (articles, whitepapers, webinars, etc.).

• Supporting internal initiatives such as recruitment, knowledge management, and innovation.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm, with a focus on data, AI, or digital transformation.

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to link data and AI solutions to measurable business outcomes.

• Experience in managing teams, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering collaboration across disciplines.

• Ability to identify and develop business opportunities through client interactions.

• Passion for data and AI, with a continuous learning mindset.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills in English and French or Dutch.

• Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office.
