Job Description

Job Title: Consultant

We are seeking a high-performing Consultant to support large-scale data migration and transformation program, focusing on business stakeholder management, communication, programme management & governance, and change enablement. This role sits at the intersection of technology transformation and business adoption, ensuring that the initiatives are not only technically successful but also fully understood, accepted, and adopted by the business.

You will work closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, and technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Stakeholder Engagement

• Identify, map, and actively manage stakeholders across business units and geographies
• Drive stakeholder alignment and readiness on key milestones
• Facilitate focus groups, briefings, and checkpoints to ensure business readiness

Communication and Change Enablement

• Develop and execute targeted communication aligned to different stakeholders group
• Create high-impact communication materials (board presentation deck, FAQs, dashboard, readiness updates)
• Communicate with clarity and adapt messaging to both technical and non technical individuals

Programme Governance & Programme Management

• Maintain governance structures and artefacts including RAID logs, decision registers, dependency trackers, and dashboards.
• Support governance meetings by preparing materials, aligning inputs, and capturing decisions and follow ups.
• Track programme milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Support creation and maintenance of integrated programme plans across technical and business teams.

Requirements:
Required Experience:

• 2 – 4 years in consulting, preferably within OCM, Workforce Transformation, Governance & Project Management
• Experience in supporting large-scale technology implementation (ERP, cloud, data center migration)
• Exposure to data migration and system cutover events (running production migration/cutovers as part of command center) is highly preferred
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication delivery in complex programs

• High emotional intelligence and demonstrate stakeholder empathy
• Structure problem-solving, ability to manage ambiguity and work within fast-paced, multi-stream program environments
• Resilience under pressure, comfortable operating in high-stakes migration timelines

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in large‑scale IT, cloud, or data centre transformation programmes.
• Korean language proficiency, to support potential upcoming programme work with a key client.
