As a Senior Associate, you will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) application and participate in the successful implementation of Workday HCM with a focus on Recruiting, Talent / Performance Management and Learning in Workday. You will provide Workday product and implementation knowledge to our engagements. You will collect and analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

• Learn about HCM business and operations and apply that knowledge to Workday HCM projects in the following areas:
• Recruiting
• Talent / Performance / Succession Management
• Learning Management
• Simplify complex processes to improve reliability and achieve cost and cycle time reductions.
• Identify and address client needs: preparing concise, accurate documents and delivering on agreed-to timelines and commitments.
• Learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:
• System application implementations and software configurations
• Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborating effectively across teams and juggling multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Contribute to the Sales cycle as a Subject matter expert in your area of expertise by answering RFPs, writing proposals and participating in Orals with prospective clients
• Contribute to innovation initiatives to support modernization of the HCM functions powered by Workday
• Utilization of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project), data analysis and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) and business levels of fluency in multiple languages to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their systems enough to be able to translate those needs into system functionality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
• Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3 year(s)
• Oral and written proficiency in English and French required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
