What you’ll do

Accelerate your consulting career with hands-on experience and early leadership opportunities. You’ll work on end-to-end transformation projects, take on challenging tasks, and grow your skillset fast. Expect to:

• Drive digital transformation from strategy through execution
• Map and design processes that enable technology-driven change
• Analyse requirements and identify gaps to shape solutions
• Own deliverables and timelines as part of PMO support
• Collaborate with senior consultants to lead organizational change
• Help clients realize business benefits through improved processes and governance

What We’re Looking For          

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting or transformation projects
• Exposure to ERP initiatives (process design, supplier collaboration, testing, implementation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A genuine interest in technology-enabled business change
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
