Sia is looking for bright and dynamic consultants willing to gain insight into a business consulting career and support our activities in regards to Climate. We are interested in people with good track records during their education, and a strong interest/experience in sustainable development.

As a business consultant, you will be involved in our internal projects. You will execute various assignments regarding our consulting for good approach: techno-economic studies, marketing, coordination and organisation, people & culture change, document analysis, benchmarks, data analysis, presentations, etc. You will get the opportunity to actively contribute to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, etc.).

• University Master Civil Engineering preferrably or, Business Engineering, Economics, Management
• Outstanding team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in sustainable subjects cross sectors
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Trilingual:  Dutch (mandatory), French, English. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!
