Job Description

Nous recherchons un consultant ou une consultante pour assumer les fonctions de support technique de premier niveau, se concentrant sur la résolution des requêtes et incidents rencontrés. Le candidat sélectionné sera investi de la mission primordiale de recevoir et traiter les appels des utilisateurs, en offrant des solutions expertes tant au niveau logiciel qu'au niveau matériel. De surcroît, en cas d'absence du Chef d'Équipe, il sera appelé à assumer les responsabilités inhérentes à la gestion d'équipe.

Tâches Principales:

• Exécuter avec diligence le support initial pour les requêtes et incidents signalés

• Répondre promptement aux sollicitations téléphoniques des utilisateurs, prodiguant un soutien technique de qualité

• Procéder à un diagnostic approfondi et résoudre les problèmes rencontrés, qu'ils soient d'ordre logiciel ou matériel

• Assurer le traitement efficace des tickets générés, en les saisissant avec précision dans le système dédié

• Suppléer le Chef d'Équipe en son absence, assumant ainsi les fonctions de gestion d'équipe avec professionnalisme
