Consultant, SAP PP/QM/VC

Your key responsibilities:

• Resolution of Tickets within SLA
• Achieving TAT as per predefined target
• Keeping Ageing tickets in control
• Identifying and resolving Problem Tickets
• Contributing in various SAP projects as per need and at client location as necessary

What we expect from you: 

• Must have sound knowledge of SAP PP & QM modules
• Must be working on issues related to standard SAP PP & QM Customizing and master data
• Nice to have good knowledge about production order, confirmation, goods movement, reprocessing of error, order print, stock/requirement list, phantom assemblies, batch management,
• Nice to have complete knowledge about Material Requirement Planning (MRP), availability check, forecast processing & consumption base planning,
• Nice to have knowledge of SAP MM & WM topics, like Master data, Output determination, Invoice Verification, STO, Inbound and outbound processes.
• Must have good knowledge about QM notification and its workflow, inspection plan, results and defects recording, lot processing, certificates and its printing,
• Must have knowledge about Inspection Plan, Sampling Procedure, Sampling scheme, Master Inspection Characteristic, Dynamic Modification Rule, Source, In process & Goods receipt Inspection.
• Must have good integration knowledge with other modules mainly SD/PP/WM/PS/CO/VC.
• Must have coordination skills with ABAP developers for technical specifications & to understand ABAP debugging techniques to work with user-exits and cross applications.
• Must have thorough understanding of SAP system from business process and cross functional perspective – especially in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Nice to have knowledge about Serialization and error handling
• Nice to have knowledge of EDI
• Nice to have expertise in project documentation.
• Nice to have awareness of incident management process in a support environment for considerable number of users with an ability to work for SLA & TAT based service delivery.
• Nice to have knowledge about ITIL and Solution Manager
• Nice to have earlier exposure on 1 or 2 Implementation / Upgrade / Rollout projects
• Nice to have awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements

Experience: 3 - 5 Years in SAP Production Planning (PP) and SAP Quality Management (QM)
