Consultant Sap Integrated Business Planning

Talent Worx is excited to announce an opening for an experienced SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the SAP IBP solution to enhance our clients' supply chain planning processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solution frameworks, and successfully deliver integrated planning capabilities.

Your experience with SAP IBP will allow you to help organizations better align their operational capabilities with strategic goals, ensuring responsiveness and agility in their supply chains. You will play a crucial role in driving improvements in demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply planning.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP IBP solutions tailored to the client's specific needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain models and algorithms for demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization within SAP IBP.
• Perform integration with other SAP modules (such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems for holistic planning.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of SAP IBP tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continual improvement of planning processes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in supply chain management and SAP IBP functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Familiarity with Advanced Analytics and S&OP processes is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP HANA and integration options is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
