Consultant - Project Management Office

Sopra Steria Bulgaria is the service and competence centre of the Sopra Steria Group. The company integrates easily into partners' processes, acting as an organic extension of Sopra Steria Germany Industries. We have worked with customers in the DACH region for nearly 10 years.

Sopra Steria Bulgaria continues to grow its team and is, therefore, looking for:

Consultant - Project Management Office

• You will provide remote project management office support to our project managers working at our customers in Germany.
• This includes assisting with project administration, performance measurements and analysis, maintaining tools and templates, and creating project status reports
• Additionally, you will contribute ideas to improve our project management services.

• ​​​​Fluent in English and German (B2 level) 
• Bachelor's degree or current university student 
• Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Service Now) 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Quick learner and strong analytical skills 
• Minimum 1 year of project management office (PMO) experience 
• Experience in reporting and documentation 
• Interest in business and technology 
• Engaging personality and professional communication
