Permanent | Full-time or Part-time | South Australia
Total Package: $502,529 – $654,778 p.a. (pro rata)

About the Role
As a Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, you’ll provide expert clinical services across both obstetrics and gynaecology, while contributing to teaching, training, and research. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary department that delivers high-quality, patient-centred care and plays a vital role in supporting the local community.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing specialist O&G services across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Leading and collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Supporting and mentoring registrars, junior doctors, and medical students
• Actively participating in clinical audits, quality improvement, and research initiatives
• Contributing to professional education and continuous development within the department
Expressions of interest for Head of Unit will also be considered.

• Attractive remuneration package: $502,529 – $654,778 p.a. (pro rata), inclusive of allowances, superannuation, professional development support, and potential private practice arrangements

The Obstetrics & Gynaecology unit provides comprehensive maternity and women’s health services for the region, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care, alongside a broad range of gynaecological services. About You
To be considered, you will need:
• MBBS or equivalent, plus FRANZCOG (or eligible)
• Demonstrated experience across both obstetrics and gynaecology
