Role: Consultant – Life Insurance (LOMA Certified)
Duration: Full TIme / Permanent
Location : Milwaukee WI.
Desired Skills & Experience
Required
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Life Insurance.
Preferred
• LOMA Certified, Life Insurance Domain Expert
• At last 2 years of Product and package implementation experience
• At least 4 years of experience in requirement analysis and management, SDLC lifecycle knowledge, Change management, Product management including version, configuration management, etc…
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 2 years of experience in Actuarial and Life Insurance Domain expertise
• At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Good understanding of technology from the perspective of products implementation, systems integration and data migration.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Project, talent management and thought leadership with SRQ (Sales, Rating, Quoting) Experience
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
